Summerhill Studs exciting young stallion Visionaire made a big impression on day one of the 2014 Emperors Palace National Yearling Sale. The Gr1 winning son of Grand Slam, whose first local crop are now yearlings, had a filly fetch R1.4 million on Sunday evening. The filly, a really attractive grey half-sister to the Gr1 performer No Worries, was knocked down to Ridgemont Pty Ltd for R1.4 million. Consigned to the sale by Summerhill Sales, the grey was catalogued as lot 230. Out of the 11 time stakes winner Coastal Waltz, she has been named Yoruba.
